McKenzie & Joe :: Married at TCU Robert Carr Chapel in Fort Worth

McKenzie’s mom Allison called to see if I was available to photograph McKenzie’s wedding.  She said, “we have to have Jen!”.  Seriously, I have the best clients in all the world!  I walk away at the end of the night with my face hurting and my heart swollen from everything throughout the wedding day.  I learned a first at this wedding… how to and what ‘gatoring’ is.  Just because it’s so hilarious, I am going to designate a separate post just to McKenzie and Joe’s Dad’s… a tribute to ‘gatoring’.

McKenzie and Joe were married at TCU Robert Carr Chapel in Fort Worth .  The ceremony was quaint and the reception was massive at the Omni Hotel in downtown. McKenzie and Joe… thanks for a wonderful day!  Enjoy! Jen The dark flowers smell like chocolate!  Coolest flower… ever! Beautiful chapel, beautiful lines, beautiful lighting, beautiful decor… ahhhhh just beautiful! Joe sees McKenzie for the first time… The boys.  They all have known each other since they were little boys.  Love love love their expressions!  Classic and could never be staged!  Love this work Thanks Omni for letting us rearrange your furniture.  We dragged these chairs about 20 feet down the hallway so I could have the lines I wanted in the back of their shot.  We ended up pushing the chairs back to back with McKenzie sitting in the middle and Joe ran and jumped the chairs.  I’m so immature, I know.  It’s getting worse the older I get too, and I’m only 31!
